Key Qualifications:
- Valid California School Psychologist License is required
- Graduate degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Prior experience working with elementary-aged students strongly preferred
- Solid knowledge of assessment tools, counseling techniques, and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to inform interventions and support services
- Analyze assessment data and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Consult with educators, parents, and support staff to address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
- Deliver direct counseling and intervention services as needed
- Facilitate crisis response and support plans in the school setting
- Monitor student progress and document outcomes in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Promote a positive, inclusive school culture that supports student resilience and growth
