In this onsite role, you’ll collaborate closely with educators and staff to foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment. Your expertise will be essential in conducting comprehensive evaluations, administering psychological assessments, and preparing detailed PPT (Planning and Placement Team) reports. You’ll champion students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional development and contribute to multidisciplinary teams dedicated to student success.

Qualifications:

• Active licensure and school psychologist certification in CT required
• Prior experience working as a School Psychologist within school settings
• Proficiency in evaluation administration, reporting procedures, and PPT meeting participation
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work effectively and compassionately with high school students
• Comfortable with Zoom interview processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct student evaluations, including cognitive, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments
• Prepare and present findings at PPT meetings
• Develop and recommend intervention strategies and student support plans
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators
• Document and maintain accurate student records in compliance with state and district policies
