Step into a dynamic educational environment as a school psychologist and play an essential role in supporting students and staff during the 2026/2027 school year. This rewarding contract opportunity runs from ASAP through the end of November and offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week.

Your expertise in evaluation, counseling, and student advocacy will be valued as you collaborate with a dedicated PPT team. In this setting, your responsibilities strike a meaningful balance between direct student engagement and professional teamwork.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid CT 070 School Psychologist License
  • Previous experience in school psychology or a related educational setting
  • Strong skills in conducting evaluations, re-evaluations, and report writing
  • Ability to provide effective counseling services to students
  • Collaborative mindset for working closely with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead psychological assessments and re-evaluations for students
  • Prepare detailed, timely reports summarizing findings and recommendations
  • Deliver individual and group counseling sessions to support students’ social-emotional growth
  • Provide direct support and insight as a valued participant in PPT meetings
  • Partner with teachers, families, and other school professionals to promote student well-being
