You'll play a vital role in evaluating, consulting, and collaborating with educational teams to create supportive and effective learning environments.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • State licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
  • Background in providing school-based psychological services for K-12 students
  • Knowledge of initial and three-year re-evaluations, including psychoeducational assessments
  • Experience with pre-referral strategies and manifestation determination hearings
  • Strong communication and consultative skills for collaborating with families, educators, and administrators
  • Commitment to ethical guidelines and continuous professional development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive initial and three-year re-evaluations for students, using a range of assessment tools
  • Consult with educational staff on pre-referral interventions to support student success
  • Serve as an expert resource for manifestation determination hearings related to disciplinary incidents
  • Support the development and implementation of individualized educational plans and behavioral strategies
  • Maintain detailed and confidential documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Engage with staff and families to foster educational progress and address barriers to learning
