Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Arizona state licensure or ability to obtain before start date
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and implementing interventions
• Strong understanding of IDEA, IEP processes, and evidence-based practices
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations to identify strengths and needs of students
• Interpret assessment results and communicate findings to staff and families
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and outside agencies to plan targeted supports
• Consult with teachers and families regarding behavior management and academic interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and district standards
