Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
• Valid state licensure or certification (or eligibility)
• Previous experience as a School Psychologist in educational settings preferred
• Strong skills in conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Excellent communication, consultation, and collaboration skills for interacting with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive student evaluations to identify developmental, emotional, and learning needs
• Participate and contribute to IEP meetings, providing recommendations and actionable strategies
• Deliver direct counseling and intervention services to students, individually and in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to cultivate a nurturing and inclusive school atmosphere
• Provide crisis intervention and develop behavioral support plans as needed
