Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field required
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
• Experience with school-age children in educational settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of special education laws, assessment tools, and behavior management
• Excellent communication, consultation, and collaborative problem-solving skills
• Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to identify students’ strengths and needs
• Provide individual and group counseling to support social-emotional development
• Consult with teachers, families, and other professionals regarding interventions and strategies
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, IEP development, and progress monitoring
• Assist in the development and implementation of positive behavior support plans
• Advocate for student well-being and access to necessary services
