Grades 6 - 8 Grades 9 - 12 School Psychologist in Mesa, AZ

Serve students in grades K-12 with a diverse range of needs, collaborating closely with educators and families to foster student growth and success.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and valid School Psychologist certification/license
• Experience working with students in grades K-5, 6-8, and/or 9-12
• Strong knowledge of psychological and academic assessments
• Familiarity with developing and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet a variety of student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments across multiple grade levels
• Interpret assessment data and help develop targeted interventions and recommendations
• Participate in eligibility, IEP, and other multidisciplinary meetings
• Provide consultation and support to teachers, families, and administrators
• Deliver direct services and counseling to students as needed
• Assist with crisis intervention and behavioral support strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
