Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Current state licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with students in grades K-12 (elementary, middle, and high school)
• Knowledge of psychological assessment tools and techniques specific to school-aged children
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and parents
• Ability to develop and implement intervention strategies
• Familiarity with IEPs, 504 Plans, and Response to Intervention (RTI) processes

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based recommendations to support student success
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create individualized education plans
• Offer counseling services to students experiencing academic, social, or behavioral challenges
• Assist in crisis intervention and prevention programs within the school community
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to data-driven decisions
• Maintain thorough, confidential records in compliance with regulations and best practices
