Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid state licensure as a School Psychologist or eligibility to obtain credentials
- Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments, counseling, and intervention planning in educational settings
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with IEP processes, RTI/MTSS frameworks, and best practices for serving diverse student populations
- Ability to work full-time preferred, with openness to region-based assignments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to inform student supports and accommodations
- Develop, implement, and monitor intervention plans, collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators
- Provide individual and group counseling to address academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to eligibility determinations, and assist with crisis intervention as needed
- Offer consultation and professional development to staff regarding mental health, behavior management, and learning differences
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with all requirements
