What you'll need to succeed:

• Active certification and licensing as a School Psychologist
• Experience or confidence working with students at elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Strong assessment, intervention, and counseling skills
• Ability to develop and interpret educational and psychological evaluations
• Clear communication and collaboration style for working with students, families, and staff
• Commitment to upholding ethical practices and student confidentiality

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and educational assessments for referred students
• Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention as needed
• Consult with teachers, parents, and administrative staff to create and implement individualized support plans
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute insights to help drive student success
• Assist in the development of positive behavioral interventions and supports
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
