Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Active/licensed School Psychologist certification (valid for the state or eligible for reciprocal licensure)
- Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
- Previous experience working in schools or clinical settings with children and adolescents preferred
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to perform assessments, develop intervention strategies, and maintain thorough documentation
- Comfortable working with diverse populations and handling sensitive information confidentially
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for referred students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and evidence-based interventions for students
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student success and well-being
- Support the development of effective behavioral and academic interventions
- Participate in meetings, staff development, and ongoing professional learning as required
