Desired Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited School Psychology Master’s program
• Current and valid State License in School Psychology
• Strong assessment, consultation, and collaboration skills
• Experience with crisis intervention, behavioral support, and individualized education planning
• Commitment to cultural competence and fostering inclusive school communities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to support special education eligibility and programming
• Provide direct and indirect counseling services to students individually and in groups
• Collaborate with educators, families, and administrators to develop and implement IEPs, behavior intervention plans, and other supports
• Consult with staff and parents on academic and behavioral challenges, appropriate interventions, and best practices
• Support RTI/MTSS processes and facilitate referrals for further evaluation or services
• Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and uphold ethical standards in practice
