Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Current and valid state licensure as a School Psychologist
- Understanding of diverse learning needs and behavioral interventions
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with IEPs, assessment processes, and crisis intervention preferred
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments to identify students’ strengths and needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff and families
- Provide counseling, behavioral interventions, and crisis response as needed
- Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success in both academic and social-emotional domains
- Promote positive mental health and deliver proactive programming within the school community
- Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to team meetings
