Key Requirements:

• Successful completion of a Master's Program in School Psychology
• Current and valid state licensure as a School Psychologist
• Strong aptitude for assessing students’ cognitive, social, and emotional competencies
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Compassionate, adaptable, and organized, with keen attention to detail
• Ability to advocate for students while maintaining ethical, confidential practice

Primary Focus Areas:

• Conduct psychological and academic assessments for students grades K-12 as needed
• Interpret data, develop reports, and recommend educational strategies and interventions
• Collaborate on development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and monitor progress
• Consult and provide guidance to teachers, administrators, and family members
• Help create positive school climates through proactive social-emotional support and crisis intervention
• Maintain compliant records and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
