Key Qualifications:
- Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid state license or eligibility for state licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience in administering psychoeducational assessments, developing IEPs, and providing behavioral and academic interventions
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to identify students’ strengths and needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Develop, participate in, and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver direct services such as counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support
- Provide consultation and recommendations regarding academic, social, emotional, and behavioral concerns
- Assist with school-wide prevention and intervention initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation in a timely manner
