Key Qualifications:
- Active Delaware School Psychologist License (required and must be submitted with your application).
- Strong preference for candidates with previous school-based experience.
- Background providing psychological services to preschool, elementary, and high school students.
- Demonstrated skill in conducting psychoeducational assessments and composing comprehensive reports.
- Proficiency in participating collaboratively within IEP teams.
- Comfortable supporting multiple sites and flexible with grade-level needs.
- Reliable transportation for on-site presence; must be prepared to pass Red Clay fingerprinting process promptly ($90 upfront).
- Experience with similar programs or Red Clay CSD is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Administer psychoeducational evaluations to support student learning and behavioral needs.
- Draft detailed, actionable reports and communicate results to staff and families.
- Engage in IEP meetings, offering expert recommendations tailored to each student.
