This full-time position runs from ASAP through June 12, 2026, with a stable, 37.5-hour work week.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Delaware School Psychologist License (required and must be submitted with your application).
  • Strong preference for candidates with previous school-based experience.
  • Background providing psychological services to preschool, elementary, and high school students.
  • Demonstrated skill in conducting psychoeducational assessments and composing comprehensive reports.
  • Proficiency in participating collaboratively within IEP teams.
  • Comfortable supporting multiple sites and flexible with grade-level needs.
  • Reliable transportation for on-site presence; must be prepared to pass Red Clay fingerprinting process promptly ($90 upfront).
  • Experience with similar programs or Red Clay CSD is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer psychoeducational evaluations to support student learning and behavioral needs.
  • Draft detailed, actionable reports and communicate results to staff and families.
  • Engage in IEP meetings, offering expert recommendations tailored to each student.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with district professionals to best address student goals.
  • Manage a varied caseload, supporting students from preschool to high school.
