Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience working within a school setting, preferably at the elementary level
• Strong understanding of child development, behavioral strategies, and educational assessments
• Skilled in conducting evaluations, developing IEPs, and participating in eligibility meetings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for students in the elementary caseload
• Provide crisis intervention, consultation, and individualized counseling to support student well-being
• Develop, implement, and monitor behavioral and academic interventions
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and provide recommendations for student support
• Serve as a resource for educators and staff to enhance approaches for student success
• Maintain thorough documentation and uphold ethical guidelines in all aspects of the position
