Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or closely related field
• Eligibility for (or possession of) a Delaware School Psychologist license (pending licensure will be considered)
• Experience with psychoeducational assessments, individual and group counseling, and consultation services in an academic setting
• Knowledge of IEP processes, federal and state special education regulations
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation abilities
• Ability to work effectively both on-site and remotely

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, assess student needs, and interpret results to support eligibility determinations and interventions
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related services professionals to develop and implement individualized plans
• Provide direct counseling services to students as needed
