School Psychologist - Middletown, Delaware

As a full-time opportunity, you'll play a critical role collaborating with educators and families throughout the school year, with the assignment beginning as soon as possible and extending through mid-June 2026.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid certification as a School Psychologist, with experience working within K-12 school settings highly valued
• Knowledge in conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
• Strong skills in developing intervention plans for academic, behavioral, and social-emotional challenges
• Adept at supporting students with diverse learning needs
• Effective communicator, able to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members
• Exceptional organizational abilities to manage caseloads and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct student assessments to identify educational, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Interpret assessment data and provide recommendations to IEP teams
• Consult with teachers, staff, and guardians to develop and monitor intervention strategies
• Facilitate group and individual counseling sessions as needed
• Participate actively in eligibility, IEP, and 504 meetings
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive school environment
