Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist credential
- Experience working in school settings, specifically with elementary-age children (PreK–5th)
- Strong assessment, consultation, and intervention skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Commitment to supporting diverse learners and promoting whole-child wellness
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to create tailored intervention strategies
- Provide direct counseling and behavior support as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to data-driven decision making
- Monitor student progress and adjust plans to ensure optimal development and success
- Act as a resource for teachers and staff regarding best practices in student support
