Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification/license for Ohio
  • Strong background in educational psychology, including experience with elementary school-aged children
  • Familiarity with special education processes, including RETRs and IETRs
  • Excellent assessment, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage caseloads efficiently within specified timelines

Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-person psychological services to 4th and 5th grade students, supporting their academic, social, and emotional growth
  • Complete all required Re-Evaluation Team Reports (RETRs) and Initial Evaluation Team Reports (IETRs) during the assignment period
  • Administer assessments, interpret results, and participate in eligibility determination meetings
  • Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement interventions
  • Maintain thorough documentation and uphold confidentiality in all services
  • Contribute actively to multidisciplinary team meetings and school improvement initiatives
