Step into a rewarding contract role supporting students from early childhood through secondary grades. Multiple positions are available for dedicated school psychologists ready to contribute their expertise across diverse grade levels, from PreK to 12th grade. This assignment begins August 20th and extends through June 11th, offering a full 37.5-hour workweek with opportunities at every educational level.

The focus of this dynamic role is to champion student success by conducting comprehensive assessments, participating in IEP and ESR meetings, and providing critical consultation services. You’ll play a key part in addressing the social-emotional and behavioral needs of students while working collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary school teams to ensure delivery of tailored educational supports.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Strong assessment, data analysis, and report-writing skills
  • Experience with multi-tiered systems of support and intervention planning
  • Comfort working with diverse populations (PK-12)
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience participating in IEP/ESR meetings and supporting compliance
  • Familiarity with state and federal special education regulations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and functional behavioral assessments
  • Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams for IEP and eligibility meetings
  • Deliver targeted consultation to staff and families
  • Support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral development
  • Engage in solution-focused interventions and crisis response as needed
  • Maintain thorough documentation to meet procedural requirements

Positions are for full-time on-site participation, though a hybrid option (3 days onsite, 2 days offsite) is available. Caseload sizes vary, allowing for a manageable and meaningful impact across student groups.
