Key Qualifications:

• Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience or interest in providing psychological services to PreK-aged children
• Knowledge of assessment tools and intervention strategies tailored to early childhood
• Strong communication abilities to engage with students, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced school environment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for PreK students
• Interpret evaluation results and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide counseling, consultation, and support for students, teachers, and families
• Implement evidence-based interventions and collaborate on behavior management plans
• Engage in team meetings to help shape learning strategies and accommodations
• Maintain confidential records and adhere to all professional and ethical standards
