Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid School Psychologist certification for Delaware (or eligibility for certification)
• Experience conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and providing counseling services in a school setting
• Strong understanding of Response to Intervention (RTI), Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), and functional behavior assessments (FBA)
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work onsite as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students referred for academic, behavioral, or social concerns
• Participate in Child Study Teams and contribute to the development of IEPs, 504 plans, and behavioral interventions
• Provide direct counseling services and crisis intervention as needed
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to foster positive student outcomes
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in accordance with school policies and professional standards
