Desired Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience in school settings is highly valued
• Certification to serve students from early childhood through high school
• Strong knowledge of assessments, interventions, and MTSS/RTI frameworks
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teachers, parents, and school leaders
• Ability to build trust and rapport with students of diverse backgrounds
• Comfort working independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with educators and families
• Provide counseling, crisis response, and social-emotional support for students across Pre K through high school
• Consult with teachers to design and adapt instructional strategies that enhance student learning and behavior
• Participate actively in problem-solving teams and multidisciplinary meetings
• Support early intervention, transition planning, and grade-level transitions to ensure student success
