Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Certification required to practice in an educational setting
  • Experience or specialized training in Early Childhood, Pre-K, Elementary, Middle, and High School populations
  • Expertise in conducting assessments, developing intervention strategies, and supporting Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families
  • Ability to create a welcoming, supportive atmosphere for diverse learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students across various grade levels
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to design and implement effective behavioral and academic interventions
  • Support the development and review of IEPs and Section 504 plans
  • Provide crisis intervention and counseling as needed
  • Promote positive behaviors and mental wellness throughout the school community
  • Maintain accurate, confidential documentation according to professional and legal guidelines
