Key Qualifications:

• Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology, or an equivalent qualification.
• Active Minnesota school psychologist license issued by PELSB.

• Proven skills in evidence-based assessments, interventions, and mental health supports in K-12 school settings.
• National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP) or NCSP-eligibility (preferred).
• Experience providing consultation and problem-solving within an MTSS framework.
• Leadership abilities, especially in supporting adult learners and facilitating groups.
• Thorough understanding of crisis prevention, intervention, and mental health postvention supports.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills for building trust across diverse communities.
• Deep understanding of federal and Minnesota state special education regulations and compliance.
• Prior experience in urban, multicultural educational environments is valued.
