Essential qualifications:

  • Minnesota School Psychologist certification or licensure, current and in good standing
  • Previous experience developing IEP goals and implementing Positive Behavior Support Plans through Functional Behavior Assessments
  • Proficiency interpreting and applying state and federal regulations related to school psychology
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, families, and administrators

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive psychological services, including evaluations, consultations, and direct support to students
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of individualized education plans and PBSPs
  • Conduct FBAs and apply insights to support student success and positive behavior strategies
  • Partner closely with school staff, administrators, and families to ensure consistent delivery of services and compliance with all legal requirements
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation aligned with district and regulatory standards
