Current opportunities include three openings for Behavior Specialists:

  • Full-year roles at Ann Bremer Education Center (2.0 FTE—two openings)
  • Short-term leave coverage roles at South Education Center (1.0 FTE each—one position through 10/14, another through 9/30 with possible extension)

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related discipline
  • Valid Minnesota special education teaching, school social worker, or school psychologist license, or BCBA certification (or actively pursuing)
  • Demonstrated experience supporting behavior interventions in educational environments
  • Licensed EBD/ASD Teacher with relevant intervention experience or credentialed School Psychologist strongly encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support student success
  • Provide evaluations, direct services, and consultation within multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain thorough documentation in line with school and federal requirements
