What we’re looking for:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field from an accredited program
• Relevant state licensure or eligibility for certification as a school psychologist
• Strong assessment, intervention, and counseling skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other support professionals
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs and 504 plans is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
• Previous experience within a school environment is preferred, but enthusiastic newer professionals are encouraged to apply

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to determine student needs and support appropriate educational planning
• Provide direct counseling, intervention, and support services to students individually and in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create positive behavioral interventions and strategies
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams and help develop individualized educational programs (IEPs)
• Offer crisis intervention and prevention services as needed
• Advocate for students' mental health and educational access through consultation and ongoing support
• Maintain thorough records and comply with all state and federal guidelines
