Step into an essential role supporting K-12 students as a School Psychologist for a full-time contract assignment in the Mobile, AL area. This is an on-site, school-based opportunity starting October 1, 2026, through May 26, 2027, with the potential for ongoing assignments based on performance. Candidates will contribute directly to student well-being and educational success across one or more school campuses, determined closer to the start date.

Key Qualifications:

• Active and valid Alabama School Psychologist license required
• Experience with K-12 student populations preferred
• Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and sites, including potential itinerant assignments driven by testing needs
• Strong assessment, report-writing, and consultation skills
• Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary educational team
• Professionalism, organization, and flexibility in dynamic school environments

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to support student learning and behavioral needs
• Develop and implement evidence-based intervention and support strategies
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student progress and recommendations
• Serve on IEP teams and contribute to eligibility and placement decisions
• Maintain clear, compliant documentation as required
• Travel to assigned schools as needed for direct services and consultations
