What you'll bring:

• Valid California School Psychologist license (required)
• Prior experience with elementary-aged students is preferred
• Strong assessment, evaluation, and counseling skills
• Familiarity with multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS), Response to Intervention (RTI), and IEP processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with students, staff, and parents

Your key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for elementary students
• Develop and help implement effective intervention strategies based on individual student needs
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, working closely with educational teams to craft and monitor student goals
• Provide direct counseling and support to students, both individually and in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and outside professionals to promote students' academic and social-emotional growth
• Assist with crisis response, behavioral interventions, and consultation services as needed
