Desired Qualifications:

  • Hold an active California School Psychologist License
  • Previous experience working in school psychology, ideally with elementary-age students
  • Strong skills in psychological assessment, counseling, and intervention
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote a supportive learning environment
  • Provide direct counseling services to students, addressing a range of needs
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and support crisis intervention as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation in line with district and legal requirements

This full-time, onsite position offers the opportunity to build rewarding relationships within the school community and contribute directly to students’ academic and personal success. Compensation for this role ranges from $55 to $65 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
