Desired Qualifications:

  • California PPS (Pupil Personnel Services) credential in School Psychology
  • Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments, writing reports, and interpreting results
  • Solid understanding of IEP processes, Response to Intervention (RTI), and Section 504 protocols
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with students, educators, and families
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and commitment to creating positive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify academic and behavioral needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
  • Provide direct and consultative support for students facing emotional, social, or behavioral challenges
  • Facilitate crisis intervention, behavioral interventions, and counseling services as needed
  • Participate in student support meetings, parent conferences, and school-based initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with state and federal regulations
