Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure/certification as a school psychologist
  • Familiarity conducting psychoeducational evaluations and interpreting data
  • Effective communication and consultation skills with students, staff, and families
  • Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention and support plans
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, though new graduates are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
  • Collaborate with educational teams to develop and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Provide individual and group counseling as needed
  • Support the implementation of Response to Intervention (RTI) initiatives
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to promote effective strategies and supports
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
