As a dedicated School Psychologist, you'll play a vital role providing insight, evaluation, and intervention for students in an elementary, a high school, and a non-public educational environment. Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist credential or eligibility to obtain Minnesota licensure (willingness to apply required if not already completed)
- Master’s or Specialist Degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Experience working with elementary, high school, and/or students in non-public schools is highly valued
- Strong understanding of multi-tiered systems of supports (MTSS), assessments, and intervention planning
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
- Ability to travel between assigned school sites within the school day
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments and interpret results for diverse student populations
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop IEPs, 504s, and intervention plans
- Provide counseling, behavioral interventions, and crisis support as needed
- Serve as a resource for consultation and professional development for staff regarding student mental health, behavior, and learning needs
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state guidelines
Position Details:
- Full time hours: 7:45am–3:45pm
- Work across elementary, high school, and non-public school locations
