Certified Licensed School Psychologist | Montpelier, Vermont

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification and license (required)
• Experience working at the elementary, middle, and/or high school level
• Strong skills in psychological evaluation and report writing
• Ability to develop and implement individual and group intervention plans
• Familiarity with IEP and 504 processes and participation in student support teams
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive school community

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results for educational planning
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective interventions
• Participate in multi-disciplinary teams to support student learning and behavior
• Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
• Assist with developing IEPs and behavior intervention plans
• Offer guidance and professional development for educators on mental health topics
