Key Qualifications:

  • Hold a valid and current School Psychologist license or certification for the state of Colorado (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Completed Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Demonstrated knowledge in psychoeducational assessment, behavioral interventions, and educational consultation
  • Experience with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and special education processes
  • Strong collaborative abilities and excellent communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students referred for assessment
  • Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and emotional support as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop intervention plans
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs and monitor student progress
  • Offer professional insight and resources to promote positive mental health and learning environments
  • Maintain all required documentation and adhere to school district policies and procedures
