Key Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure in Colorado
• Proven experience working within K–6 educational environments
• Strong background in special education assessments, including cognitive, behavioral, and academic testing
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for collaboration with educators, administrators, and parents
• Familiarity with the IEP process and knowledge of IDEA regulations
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills allowing for effective multi-site service delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive special education evaluations and re-evaluations to inform eligibility and programming decisions
• Collaborate as part of site IEP teams, integrating assessment outcomes into student plans
• Provide consultation to teachers, parents, and administrators regarding student emotional, behavioral, and learning needs
• Engage in prevention, intervention, and crisis response as appropriate to support the school communities
• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with district and legal standards
