Licensed Elementary School Psychologist in Morrilton, AR

Qualifications:

• Current certification and state licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience working in elementary, middle, and high school settings preferred
• Knowledge of special education processes, interventions, and evaluation procedures
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Familiarity with school-based Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI)
• Positive attitude and professionalism with students, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results
• Support the special education eligibility process and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavior management strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
• Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to design effective classroom interventions
• Participate in IEP, 504, and intervention meetings as required
