Certified Licensed School Psychologist - Morrilton, AR

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid state licensure and certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience working within elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
• Strong understanding of child and adolescent development, learning differences, and evidence-based interventions
• Ability to conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results effectively
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with faculty, administration, parents, and students
• Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and interpret psychological evaluations to identify students' academic, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and implement tailored interventions
• Provide direct social-emotional and behavioral support for students
• Consult with staff on best practices for classroom management and strategies to enhance student engagement
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to data-driven decision making
• Offer crisis intervention and support as needed
