Licensed Middle School School Psychologist - Morrilton, AR

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active certification and licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience working across grade levels (elementary, middle, and high school)
• Knowledge of assessment tools, interventions, and reporting
• Strong communication and consultation skills with teachers, families, and administrators
• Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to a dynamic school environment
• Compassion, patience, professionalism, and teamwork

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and academic assessments for students referred for evaluations
• Participate in team meetings to discuss findings and recommend interventions or educational plans
• Support the development and implementation of behavior plans and student supports
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive student support
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation and reports
