Key Requirements:

  • Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited institution
  • Active Arizona Department of Education School Psychologist Certificate
  • Current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

Desired Experience:

  • Previous experience in school-based settings is preferred, though motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and counseling for diverse student populations
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families for the benefit of students
  • Clear, compassionate communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention and support plans
  • Participate actively on multidisciplinary teams to support special education eligibility and re-evaluations
  • Provide consultation and crisis intervention services as needed
  • Deliver individual and group counseling for students
  • Document services and recommendations in accordance with regulatory standards
