Qualifications & Skills:

  • Active South Carolina School Psychologist license required
  • Certification in School Psychology
  • Experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students preferred
  • Strong knowledge of conducting student evaluations and assessments
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability working with diverse student populations

Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for K-12 students
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to interpret data and create actionable plans
  • Support students’ academic and emotional development through targeted recommendations
  • Document findings, participate in eligibility meetings, and contribute to individualized educational plans (IEPs)
  • Provide expert guidance on intervention strategies for students struggling academically, socially, or emotionally
  • Serve as a resource for parents and school staff on mental health and educational issues
