With a workweek of 37.5 hours, you'll collaborate with educators, families, and support teams to help address student needs. You'll be responsible for conducting thorough evaluations and assessments that directly inform interventions and strategies for success in elementary, middle, and high school environments.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active School Psychologist license in South Carolina is required
- Experience working in K-12 settings preferred
- Skilled in conducting evaluations and assessments for diverse student populations
- Knowledge of best practices in school psychology across elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Strong communication, organizational, and report-writing skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete evaluations and both formal and informal assessments for students across K-12
- Support the development of effective interventions based on assessment results
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student needs and services
- Contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as needed
- Help create a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
