Key Requirements:

  • Valid School Psychologist credential or eligibility for Indiana licensure
  • Experience supporting K-12 students in educational settings strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and supporting IEP processes
  • Knowledge of counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral supports
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative education environment

What You'll Do:

  • Provide psychoeducational evaluations and data-driven recommendations for student support
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to identify student needs and create targeted intervention plans
  • Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Deliver direct and indirect services to students as needed, including counseling and skill-building
  • Help foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive school culture district-wide
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and district protocols

Role Highlights:

  • Full-time (35 hours/week) with schedules ranging from 7:30 am–2:20 pm or 8:50 am–3:30 pm
  • District-wide assignment covering elementary through high school
  • Onsite only, allowing for hands-on collaboration and relationship building
