Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist license or eligibility for licensure in Tennessee
• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or closely related field
• Experience with psychoeducational assessments, counseling, and behavioral interventions
• Strong understanding of IDEA, Section 504, and IEP processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Prior experience in K-12 school settings preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students' strengths and needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with school staff and parents
• Provide individual and group counseling as appropriate
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster a supportive educational atmosphere
• Offer consultation for behavior and classroom management strategies
• Participate in crisis intervention and prevention activities
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
