Make an impact on students’ lives by providing critical psychological support in two engaging educational settings for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, contract position offers the opportunity to collaborate with both junior high and kindergarten communities, fostering positive outcomes at key developmental stages.
What we’re looking for:
- Valid state licensure/certification as a School Psychologist
- Proven experience or strong knowledge with both junior high and early childhood populations
- Familiarity with Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and special education evaluation processes
- Excellent skills in assessment, counseling, and intervention techniques
- Ability to effectively collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational skills and commitment to ethical standards
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct psycho-educational evaluations and re-evaluations for students
- Provide direct and consultative psychological services to students, families, and staff across junior high and kindergarten buildings
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and offer expertise on interventions and accommodations
- Support crisis interventions, behavioral assessments, and positive behavioral supports
- Collaborate in developing and implementing student support plans
- Deliver counseling and intervention services for individuals and groups as needed
- Use data-driven practices to inform decisions and measure outcomes
