Elementary School Psychologist | Nashville, TN | Full-Time Contract | 2026-2027 School Year

A school district near Nashville is seeking a School Psychologist for a full-time contract opportunity during the 2026-2027 school year. This position supports two nearby elementary schools and offers the opportunity to join a collaborative special education team.

Schedule:

• Full-Time

• Monday-Friday

• School-Day Hours

School Year:

• 2026-2027

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations for students referred for special education services

• Complete reevaluations for students with existing IEPs

• Administer and interpret a variety of assessment tools

• Prepare comprehensive evaluation reports

• Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers

• Travel between two elementary campuses located within a short drive of one another

Qualifications:

• Active Tennessee School Psychologist license/certification

• School-based assessment experience preferred

• Strong report writing and collaboration skills
