Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold a valid School Psychologist license or certification in Massachusetts
- Demonstrated experience in school-based psychological services
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, evaluation methods, and intervention strategies
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, students, and families
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Passion for supporting student learning and social-emotional well-being
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide consultation to educators and parents regarding student behavior, learning styles, and mental health concerns
- Deliver direct and indirect counseling or interventions for students
- Participate in response-to-intervention (RTI), crisis intervention, and behavioral support initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and legal requirements
- Support the school's mission of inclusive education and student success
