Qualifications:

• Completion of a Masters program in School Psychology
• Current and active State License for School Psychology
• Experience working with children or adolescents in a school setting is preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organization skills
• Ability to adapt interventions and assessments to diverse needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to inform tailored interventions
• Develop and implement strategies that support students' behavioral, emotional, and learning goals
• Provide counseling for students individually and in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to design effective support plans
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, IEP teams, and RTI processes
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all practices comply with legal and ethical standards
