Deliver psychological services in a K-12 school setting located in the Elsmere, DE area, working full-time for a full semester contract. This role involves collaborating with educators and families to support student well-being, learning, and development through assessments, interventions, and counseling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess student needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral interventions
- Provide consultation and support to teachers, parents, and administrators
- Promote positive mental health and assist in crisis intervention when necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state regulations and ethical standards
Qualifications:
- Completion of a Master’s program in School Psychology
- Valid State License to practice as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with K-12 populations preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
