Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Demonstrated experience delivering psychological assessments and counseling in K–12 settings
- Deep understanding of special education services, IEPs, and MTSS/RTI processes
- Ability to interpret data to develop intervention strategies
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability to meet shifting school needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments including cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional evaluations
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement appropriate interventions and supports
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized plans
- Provide counseling, consultation, and crisis intervention as needed
- Support school-wide initiatives on mental health, social-emotional learning, and positive behavior
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with state and federal regulations
