Skills & Qualifications:

  • Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Demonstrated experience delivering psychological assessments and counseling in K–12 settings
  • Deep understanding of special education services, IEPs, and MTSS/RTI processes
  • Ability to interpret data to develop intervention strategies
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability to meet shifting school needs

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments including cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional evaluations
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement appropriate interventions and supports
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized plans
  • Provide counseling, consultation, and crisis intervention as needed
  • Support school-wide initiatives on mental health, social-emotional learning, and positive behavior
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with state and federal regulations
