Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure for Delaware (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in K-12 settings, conducting evaluations, and creating intervention plans
• Excellent report writing and organizational skills
• Familiarity with special education laws and processes (IDEA, IEPs, 504s)
• Strong collaboration and consultation abilities with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement data-driven intervention plans for students with varying needs
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation as needed
• Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings, offering expertise to create effective educational plans
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with parents, teachers, and staff
• Promote safe and positive learning environments, supporting students’ social-emotional growth
