Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist certification in state of practice
- Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology or related field
- Experience with psycho-educational assessments and report writing
- Strong knowledge of IEP and special education processes
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families from diverse backgrounds
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct student evaluations and interpret assessment data
- Develop and monitor IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide individual and group counseling to students as needed
- Offer consultation services to teachers, administrators, and parents
- Participate in eligibility, intervention, and crisis management teams
- Maintain detailed, confidential student records and documentation
