Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology required
  • Valid School Psychologist license required or license transfer in progress
  • Candidates with a license pending may be considered
  • HR will assist with transferring the appropriate license to Delaware
  • School-based experience preferred
  • Experience supporting students with complex needs is highly valued

Pay: $45+ per hour, based on experience

Position Details

  • Full-time School Psychologist position through June 11, 2027
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Onsite is preferred, though hybrid options may be considered
  • Single-site assignment serving students in PreK–22
  • Students have complex educational and behavioral needs, including significant cognitive disabilities and medical needs
  • Psychologist will provide the full range of school psychology services
  • Both behavioral and counseling services will be part of the role
  • Professional development days are paid, and contractors are included in professional development opportunities
  • Ready to interview ASAP

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team processes
  • Provide individual and group counseling services
  • Develop and support behavioral interventions
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and assist with behavior planning
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers
  • Support students with significant cognitive, behavioral, and complex needs
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
  • Participate in professional development and ongoing team collaboration
