What you’ll bring:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (Connecticut credentials preferred)
• Experience providing psychological services at the high school level
• Strong skills in student assessment and evaluation practices
• Proficiency in individual and group counseling with adolescents
• Commitment to fostering safe, supportive, and inclusive school environments
• Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative, team-focused approach

Key responsibilities:

• Complete approximately 25 educational evaluations per year in accordance with district guidelines
• Provide counseling services to students—supporting emotional, behavioral, and academic growth
• Develop and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success and well-being
• Document case notes and progress, ensuring compliance with all required regulations
• Participate in school-wide initiatives promoting mental health and positive student outcomes
